Welcome to Propwave. By accessing our website or purchasing any of our digital products, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. About us

Propwave is a small publisher based in Chennai, India. We sell short, exercise-heavy digital books and related learning materials on programming fundamentals.

2. Products

All products sold on Propwave are digital goods. This includes ebooks, ebook + course bundles, and any downloadable or online access materials described on each product page.

• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
• International cards are accepted at the equivalent amount at checkout.
• Product descriptions, formats, and who each title is for are shown on the relevant product page.

3. Account and purchases

When you buy from us, you confirm that:

• You are legally able to enter into a purchase agreement.
• The payment details you provide are accurate and authorised.
• You will keep your download links and access credentials confidential.

You are responsible for any activity that happens using access details sent to your email address.

4. Licence to use

When you purchase a title, Propwave grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use that digital product for your own learning.

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or publicly share our books or course materials
• Upload our content to public repositories, torrents, or file-sharing sites
• Copy substantial portions for commercial training products without written permission
• Remove copyright, authorship, or branding notices from the materials

5. Payments

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your full card details. Accepted methods typically include UPI, cards, net banking, and wallets, subject to Razorpay availability.

A purchase is complete only after successful payment confirmation. Failed or pending payments do not grant access.

6. Delivery

Digital products are delivered by email, usually within one minute of successful payment. Delivery details are covered in our Delivery Policy.

7. Refunds and cancellations

Refund and cancellation rules are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. In short, eligible unused digital purchases may be refunded within 7 days of purchase when you contact us in time.

8. Intellectual property

All site content, book text, exercises, branding, logos, and related materials remain the property of Propwave and/or its authors unless otherwise stated. Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of copyright.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, scrape content at scale, interfere with checkout, or use our materials in any unlawful way.

10. Disclaimer

Our books and courses are educational resources. They are provided “as is”. We work to keep examples current, but programming tools change, and we do not guarantee specific exam results, job outcomes, or uninterrupted access beyond reasonable efforts.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Propwave is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer protection rights.
